The people who live on this ‘āina should be the ones investing in and benefitting from its development.

Hear from John Naki, local business owner of Top Rankin Stone Installation, on his experience in the Gainz Master Plan and why he wished he started 12 years ago. Local people from the islands should be the ones investing, building houses and leaving a real estate portfolio for our kids and our grandkids.

“I first heard about Max through a brahda who kept up with him on Instagram, following his posts and videos. My brahda and I have always been trying to figure out the best way to build a steady revenue stream and create passive income, but we were never sure where to start. We’ve done okay in our own fields, but every time we talked, we wanted to do more, especially when it came to creating generational wealth for our Ohana.

We considered purchasing a few businesses, but we weren’t confident enough to take the leap. Then, a few months ago, my brahda told me about Max. We hopped on a call with him, and right from the start, I could tell this guy was solid. Max answered all our questions with complete confidence, and by the end of that call, we were sold. We signed up for the course that night, and let me tell you—it was the best money ever spent.

The knowledge I’ve gained from this course on real estate, business investing, marketing, leveraging private and hard money, giving back to the community, and paying it forward is beyond what I ever expected. Max didn’t just meet my expectations—he exceeded them. Then, when we had the chance to do the in-person experience, it was **AMAZING**. Seeing everything Max teaches in real life made it all feel possible.

Vienna's expertise on marketing and growing a business is on another level—truly outstanding. I’m a firm believer that you’re only as successful as the team around you, and Max’s team embodies the true meaning of Ohana. Everyone in the course has been incredibly supportive, and the sense of community is surreal. I’m so happy to have been part of this amazing educational journey.

Max and Vienna, you both are truly inspirational in what you’re doing. I hope everyone signs up for this course and takes the leap to bet on themselves. It’s the best decision you’ll ever make. Shout out to the Gainz Telegram group—love seeing you all growing and doing your thing. IMU here we come. BRING DA BAG!!!

Family for life 🤙🤙”

CASE STUDY

Richard Bell formed his new business “Builds by Bell” during our class. At our in person weekend, we produced his private money lending video and he raised the capital he needed in the following week. He then contacted our MGZ wholesaler, Kaimana, who found him an off market lot. He closed escrow and secured his first ground up construction deal. He’s now in the process of securing his second lot.

KEEPING HAWAIIANS IN HAWAI’I

Kaimana shares her experience in the Gainz Master Plan and why home ownership for Native Hawaiians and people born and raised here is so important.

“Most meaningful educational experience I’ve had.”
