Our off market acquisition team acquired these lots from an out of state buyer and 3 students from various cohorts teamed up together to purchase them.

Several students from the Gainz Master Plan met with the architect and submitter their first house plans. As part of our program we provide house plans, material lists, make the introductions to key resources and then walk you through the entire process from start to finish.
